Roger Seaton

Roger brings over 22 years of satellite communications experience to the Sidereal team. He is a proud veteran of the United States Army with 13 years of service in a variety of roles — from being forward deployed in hostile environments to being a lead instructor and curriculum developer at the US Army Signal School. Roger has provided satellite system engineering, training and documentation architecture, and operational insight consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, and multiple agencies within the US Government.

As a solutions-based service company we cannot merely keep up with technology but stay a pace ahead of it. We need to provide our customers tomorrow’s solutions today. If we cannot do that, we fail. James Willard

James Willard has over 15 years of experience with information technology and computing, obtaining his first Cisco certification over a decade ago. Providing senior-level engineering services to an extensive customer base, including government prime contractors and Fortune 500 companies, James has proven that he knows what it takes to create the best possible networks to meet any requirements.

"Our product is our people. As a services company, we are only as good as the people who are a part of the company. Therefore, it is crucial that we provide the best service possible so that our customers are satisfied. This is a value that we instill within our employees from the beginning and we continue to reinforce that ideology constantly.
